L'Occitane delists from Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Shares of L’Occitane International S.A. are now withdrawn from trading.

L’OCCITANE Group has completed its voluntary delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective 16 October. 

Shares of L’Occitane International S.A. are now withdrawn from trading.

“This marks a new chapter for our Group,” said Reinold Geiger, chairman of L’OCCITANE Group. 

“As the cosmetics industry undergoes profound changes, this development enables us to focus on our purpose and core values, driving long-term sustainable growth across our brand portfolio and strengthening our future influence,” he added.

The group said it remains committed to sustainability, aiming to make a positive impact on people and the planet. 

Additionally, it aims to continue to lead in the premium beauty and wellness market with its diverse range of brands.
