Huda Beauty becomes fully independent after ending TSG partnership
This ends the eight-year partnership that began in 2017.
Huda Beauty has officially regained full independence after founder and Co-CEO Huda Kattan bought back the equity held by TSG Consumer Partners.
The move ends an eight-year partnership that began in 2017 when TSG acquired a minority stake in the brand.
With the buyback complete, Huda Beauty is now 100% founder-owned—making it one of the few major beauty brands fully controlled by its original creator.
The brand said this milestone marks a new chapter focused on product innovation, authenticity, and deeper engagement with its global audience.
Founded on the principle that “Beauty is Self-Made,” Huda Beauty said it plans to continue operating independently and pushing boundaries in the beauty industry.
