L’Oréal completes acquisition of Kering Beauté

It also signed 50-year licenses for Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga.

L’Oréal has completed its acquisition of Kering Beauté, including the luxury fragrance house House of Creed.

The deal also formalises fifty-year exclusive licenses for the creation, development, and distribution of fragrance and beauty products under the Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga brands, in line with the terms announced on 19 October 2025.

Rights to a fifty-year license for Gucci will begin after the current agreement with Coty ends, in line with Kering’s existing obligations.

L’Oréal and Kering are also exploring joint ventures in wellness and longevity.
