Ikano Centres to open new dining hubs in Malaysia by December 2026

Both are slated to open in December.

Ikano Centres, developer of IKEA-anchored shopping centres, will launch two new dining destinations, IPC Gourmet Hall at IPC Shopping Centre and Toppen Foodland at Toppen Shopping Centre.

Both are set to open in December 2026.

Set to begin construction in April 2026, IPC Gourmet Hall will span 43,000 sq. ft. and feature 39 outlets offering a curated mix of cuisines.

The space is designed to blend contemporary architecture with natural elements, incorporating indoor greenery, earthy tones, and an open-plan layout.

Seating is designed for both social gatherings and private dining, with central food counters encouraging interaction.

Meanwhile, Toppen Shopping Centre will unveil Toppen Foodland, a dining hub with the tagline “New eats, new vibes”.

Construction begins in March 2026, with the space covering 35,000 sq. ft. and housing 32 outlets, including a mix of inline restaurants and Grab & Go kiosks.

Located on Toppen Shopping Centre’s ground floor, it aims to be a vibrant social hub for Johor residents, following the addition of Jaya Grocer in 2025. Interiors feature modern industrial designs.
