Bluebell Group, Asia’s leading brand distributor and operator, has appointed Philippe Guettat as group president and CEO on a permanent basis.
The Board of Bluebell Group has praised the clarity and strategic discipline that Philippe Guettat brought to the Group during his interim tenure.
Laurent de Rougemont, chairman of the Board, said Guettat’s dedication to operational excellence and delivering stakeholder value makes him the natural choice to lead Bluebell into its next phase of success.
The company said added that Guettat’s permanent appointment signals a new chapter for Bluebell, guided by a long-term vision centered on enhancing operational excellence, accelerating growth, and building a resilient, future-ready foundation.
Guettat also expressed his commitment to evolving Bluebell alongside the industry, optimising every part of the business to deliver greater value to brand partners and stakeholders, and continuing to invest in the group’s core strengths across Asia.
Bluebell’s Executive Committee now includes Guettat as group president & CEO, Pierre Buet as group CFO, Ivan Zenovic as group CPCO, and Jacky Leung as group CIDO.
Leading regional operations are Emmanuel de Place as president & CEO for Japan and Korea, Jenny Lai as president & CEO for Mainland China and Hong Kong, Nelly Ngadiman as managing director for South East Asia and Australia, and Ingrid Chang as managing director for Taiwan.
