Accessible via the Watsons website and mobile app, the service connects users with certified Watsons pharmacists for free, personalised consultations on minor ailments, travel health, and guidance on supplements and medications.
After each consultation, customers receive clear recommendations with pricing details and can order products online for home delivery.
The service covers common non-emergency health issues such as coughs, colds, and fever; digestive problems including diarrhoea and constipation; mouth and throat issues like sore throat and cold sores; eye conditions such as dry eye and allergic conjunctivitis; and skin and hair conditions, including eczema and hair loss
Consultations are secure, confidential, and typically last around 15 minutes. Customers purchasing pharmacy-only medications must present a valid photo ID.
Delivery options include express delivery within three hours, same-day delivery between 6 PM and 10 PM, and next-business-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM.
