Eurokars Group triumphs at Retail Asia Awards 2025 with groundbreaking automotive retail concepts

With award-winning showrooms for both MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Eurokars Group offers immersive customer experiences and lifestyle-driven innovation across Singapore.

Eurokars Group has made a commanding statement at the Retail Asia Awards 2025, taking home three major accolades for its automotive retail concepts in Singapore.

Recognised for both its MINI Habitat and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Singapore showrooms, the Group continues to set new industry benchmarks through immersive brand storytelling, luxury experiences, and design innovation.

The new MINI Habitat

The MINI Habitat showroom, operated under Eurokars Habitat, was awarded Store Design of the Year (Large) - Singapore. As Singapore’s first MINI Retail.Next facility, the space blends the brand’s vibrant, individualistic spirit with advanced technology, comfort, and lifestyle appeal.

The SG$3.5m investment features premium finishes, a hospitality lounge, and a dedicated delivery suite. The showroom also houses two Emotional Virtual Experience corners, empowering customers to configure their dream MINI.

MINI Habitat is part of a conjoined facility with the BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre, sharing an integrated service reception and basement carpark. This ensures convenience and efficiency for all customers, offering a one-stop destination for all BMW and MINI-related services.

“Celebrating over 40 years in the automotive industry, Eurokars Group is driven by an unwavering commitment to crafting unparalleled ownership experiences. Our new MINI Habitat is a testament to this, designed to engage customers in the brand’s vibrant world through every interaction, from configuration to collection. With these award-winning spaces, we are inviting customers into an immersive lifestyle journey, ensuring convenience and a truly integrated experience across our distinguished BMW Group brands (BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars) here in Singapore, as well as our extensive portfolio of other iconic marques in Singapore, including Mazda, McLaren, MG, Pagani, and IM Motors,” Charmain Kwee, Group Executive Director of Eurokars Group, said.

Elevating the luxury retail experience

Meanwhile, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Singapore, also under the Eurokars umbrella, took home two accolades: Store Design of the Year (Small) - Singapore and Store Retail Initiative of the Year - Singapore.

Its expansive and visually striking showroom—the largest Rolls-Royce Motor Cars facility in Asia Pacific—was designed with a monochromatic palette and polished accents, giving prominence to each vehicle showcased in its own bespoke galleria.

Inside, spaces such as the Brand Wall, Cabinet of Curiosities, and Atelier create an atmosphere of engagement, where clients can interact with the brand on a deeply personal level. The space also offers lifestyle accessories and curated luxury items, champagne chest to pet accessories and miniature wooden Cameo cars, extending the marque’s craftsmanship beyond motoring the vehicle.

Beyond its physical design, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Singapore has launched a series of inventive retail initiatives that bring the brand into the daily lives of its ultra-high net-worth clientele.

A partnership with the luxury condominium Boulevard Vue allowed residents to experience Rolls-Royce models directly at their doorstep, significantly boosting test drive participation. Simultaneously, its exclusive Whispers Members-only event, tapping into Singapore’s spinning trend with a showroom-based class that attracted a younger demographic. These initiatives not only deepened customer loyalty but also led to notable increase in test drive bookings, interactions with high-net-worth clients, and Whispers sign-ups.

“At Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Singapore, we extend the marque’s values beyond the showroom—bringing the Rolls-Royce experience directly to our clients, fostering a vibrant community, and honouring cherished traditions with our loyal patrons. Through exclusive engagements, curated lifestyle experiences, and authentic connections, we continue to redefine luxury retail, ensuring that every encounter reflects the extraordinary spirit of the brand,” Ong Lay Ling, Group CEO of Eurokars Group, added.
