OH!SOME secures FMCG Asia Awards 2024 for global membership service system

The membership service system is adaptable to multiple scenarios, offering a convenient, stable, and secure digital membership experience.

OH!SOME, a retail brand under BLUE ORIGIN GROUP, won the Customer Experience Initiative of the Year - Indonesia Category at the prestigious FMCG Asia Awards 2024 for the successful creation of a comprehensive membership service system that has provided a new retail shopping experience for emerging markets in Southeast Asia.

Through the foundational points and hierarchical membership structure, OH!SOME’s membership system offers diverse preferential benefits by utilising an app and social media. Membership identity is available across brands under the group, online and offline channels, and countries. As of now, OH!SOME has established over 80 offline stores across Southeast Asia. It also has an independent e-commerce platform, OHSOME.COM, and stores on e-commerce sites like Shopee and TikTok Shop.

The membership system integrates innovative gamification of points with offline activities, allowing member points to extend beyond simple uses like redemption that breaks through the traditional membership service system.

OH!SOME utilises new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud services, and edge computing to provide a convenient, stable, and secure digital experience whilst actively adhering to the laws and regulations of various countries to protect personal information.

OH!SOME’s member data also helps the company in exploring functional areas that can be optimised in multiple fields, such as marketing logic and store design, whilst seeking business innovation opportunities. This is because the OH!SOME membership system coexists and is built with consumers, serving as an interest community and a feedback platform to create a better consumer experience.
