Singtel opens flagship store featuring first-ever TikTok Creator House

The new store at 313@Somerset will also feature CASETiFY’s first physical store in Singapore

Singtel has opened a new flagship store at 313@somerset, featuring the world’s first TikTok Creator House in a telco shop, and Singapore’s first CASETiFY STUDiO store.

Over its 4,900 sq. ft. of space is a new interactive and immersive environment with state-of-the-art retail features for customers and visitors, backed by an environmentally friendly setup.

The new store features the first-ever TikTok Creator House inside a telco shop, where aspiring creators and enthusiastic users can hone their creativity and produce video content for social media to build their audience.

Alongside it is Singapore’s first-ever CASETiFY STUDiO, allowing customers to design their very own phone case and have it made on the same day. The area will feature the newest collection of sustainable and protective phone cases and accessories, alongside limited-edition designs from photographer Andy Yong.

Additional features include a livestreaming booth for content creators and entrepreneurs, a deposit for e-waste, and energy-efficient features and fittings to show Singtel’s strong commitment to net-zero emissions by 2045.

“Every aspect of this store is a reflection of our hyper-focus on customer-centricity because our customers are our top priority. In keeping with this focus, we’re using more technology tools like data analytics to help us better understand the needs of our customers,” Ng Tian Chong, CEO of Singtel Singapore, said.
