Philippines' Robinsons to construct a new shopping mall

It will be built in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, in southern Philippines.

Philippines-based Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is planning to construct a shopping mall after acquiring a property through public bidding in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, according to a press release.

Pagadian City, known as the “Little Hong Kong of the South” for its mountainous terrain, is the capital of the province of Zamboanga del Sur and the regional center of Zamboanga Peninsula in southern Philippines.

RLC, represented by President and CEO Frederick Go, and the Local Government of Pagadian City, represented by Pagadian City Mayor Samuel Co, have signed the contract awarding the property to RLC.
