Hermès revamps store in Bangkok’s Central Embassy

The redesigned boutique spans two floors.

Hermès has reopened its expanded store at Central Embassy, one of Bangkok’s premier retail destinations.

The redesigned boutique spans two floors, blending modern architecture with elements inspired by Thailand’s natural and cultural heritage.

The exterior features lacquered champagne-colored panels resembling bamboo, whilst the interior highlights Hermès’ 16 métiers. The entrance showcases the iconic Faubourg mosaic, leading to sections for beauty, fragrances, women’s silks, fashion jewelry, leather goods, and home collections. A terracotta staircase leads to the first floor, offering ready-to-wear, men’s silk, shoes, and a jewelry and watch salon.

Designed by Paris-based RDAI, the store combines sleek contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship, featuring wood screens, textured carpets, and a warm color palette.

Art installations, including Marie Christophe’s wire horse sculptures and geometric works by Cécile Baillot-Jourdan, also enhance the space.
