Deliveroo launches ‘Deliveroo Shopping’ in HK

This expands Deliveroo’s offerings, providing consumers with a wide range of products.

Deliveroo has launched "Deliveroo Shopping," a new service that allows customers to order retail items alongside their usual restaurant meals and groceries.

The move expands Deliveroo’s offerings, providing consumers with a wide range of products, including baby, pet, toys, florists, pharmacy, nutrition, and home and kitchen items.

Customers can shop over 10,000 products from trusted brands like Watsons, LEGO, Pet Line, and SLOWOOD through the "Shopping" section of the Deliveroo app.

The platform also introduces a new gifting feature, allowing users to send gifts with personalised greeting cards and trackable order links.

Deliveroo’s machine-learning-based search and discovery tools now offer curated gifting suggestions based on specific occasions like birthdays, making it easier for users to find the perfect gift.
