Anindhitha Maniath

Anindhitha Maniath is a Research Analyst at Euromonitor International with a focus on Beauty and Fashion and Home and Technology research. 

She conducts research across a range of industries in Southeast Asia with a special interest and expertise in Apparel and Footwear, Beauty and Personal Care, Consumer Electronics and Consumer Insights. Anindhitha works with clients to help them understand evolving consumer behaviour and trends.

Based in Singapore, Anindhitha has been with Euromonitor for around two years now and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Chua Hock Leng

Chua Hock Leng is the vice president, ASEAN & Greater China, of Pure Storage. He is responsible for managing and sustaining the growth of the Pure Storage business in the region.  With more than 20 years of experience, in the IT industry, Hock Leng has held leadership positions at EMC in Asia Pacific and Japan as well as IBM prior to joining Pure Storage in 2014. In these roles, he had experience managing multinational accounts across diverse industries such as high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, and media and cloud services. He graduated with an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Connie Kwok

Connie Kwok is an Expert Partner and a member of Bain & Company’s Retail practice.

She has more than 15 years of experience in industry, consulting, and startup roles, specializing in e-commerce, digital innovation and transformation, product management, automation, and strategic partnerships. Her client portfolio spans retail product categories, including consumer electronics, toys, FMCG, grocery, and media. 

She began her career as a consultant at Bain & Company and most recently served as a general manager and technical advisor at Amazon. 

Connie holds an M.Sc. in Management from the London School of Economics and a B.A. (Hons) Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford. 

Damisa Tseng-Prompoj

Bringing over 7 years’ of experience in leading strategy and commercial roles in the e-commerce sector, Damisa leads Intrepid Group’s regional brand management strategy. Prior to her current role, Damisa was the Regional Head of Retailer Partnerships at Lazada Group and Business Development Manager for UK, Ireland and Nordic markets at Alibaba. Damisa is both a dynamic and quick thinking professional with a track record for helping brands navigate their way through the ecommerce landscape across Asia-Pacific.

Daren Ng

Daren Ng serves as the general manager of Sensormatic Solutions in Asia Pacific. He has over 30 years of experience in sales management, product management and business development across the APAC region through the various roles he held. Before joining Sensormatic Solutions in October 2018, he served as director of Mobility & Retail Solution with HP Inc. He has also held senior position at SAP, Motorola, Nokia, Palm and Compaq.

Dr. Fai Assakul

Fai Assakul is a member of Bain & Company’s Retail and Customer practices.

She has worked with many large companies in Southeast Asia and China on their growth strategy, customer centricity transformation, and performance improvement. Fai specializes in advising clients across the retail, restaurant, and consumer product sectors, with a track record of creating sustainable results.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader of our Womxn at Bain affiliation group. She also drives recruiting efforts for Southeast Asia.

Fai earned her Ph.D. in manufacturing engineering and MEng in chemical engineering from University of Cambridge, graduating with First Class Honors. She was the first woman to receive a Full Blue in Dancesport.

In her personal time, Fai is a passionate dancer and a proud mum of a young son.
