Retail Asia Awards 2023: Lotus’s Thailand
Lotus's Thailand secured the Supermarket of the Year and Digital Initiative of the Year for Thailand awards at the recently concluded Retail Asia Awards 2023.
The company recognises the growing trend of hybrid shoppers in the premium grocery segment and identified an untapped need for a store that combines both premium and mainstream shopping missions. Lotus's Privé introduced the concept of "premium inclusive" to democratise premium shopping and make it accessible to everyone. Lotus's Privé aims to attract new customers through brand reemergence, reengineering store locations, and identifying new norms in the premium segment.
