Siam Piwat expands luxury retail space at Siam Paragon, ICONSIAM
It will bring 15 new luxury brands.
Siam Piwat will double the luxury retail space at Siam Paragon and ICONSIAM in 2025, adding 15 new brands.
Among the new additions are Delvaux, Boucheron, and Faure Le Page at Siam Paragon, along with Thailand’s first luxury dining zone featuring Michelin-starred chefs.
The malls will also house the most duplex and triplex luxury flagship stores in the country, with six duplexes and one triplex at Siam Paragon and six duplexes at ICONSIAM.
Siam Piwat holds a 70% share of Thailand’s luxury retail market and reports the highest revenue per square meter in the sector. “ Our platform has enabled various brands to achieve the highest sales in the region and occasionally in the world,” said Tipanat Lenbury, chief of sales and business relations at Siam Piwat. The company hosts the most luxury stores for 90 brands, spanning 35,000 square meters.
The luxury market in Thailand is growing, with younger consumers driving demand for rare, high-quality, and personalised products. “New trends will be driven by younger consumers and Gen Z, who place a deeper emphasis on the value of products," said Thanaporn Tantiyanon, head of business unit at Siam Paragon.
Siam Piwat is expanding its luxury offerings by collaborating with global brands, launching pop-up stores, and enhancing shopping experiences with fine dining and cultural attractions like Le Café Louis Vuitton in Bangkok.
Additionally, it is strengthening its high-net-worth customer base through JAI by ONESIAM, a luxury lifestyle club. Sustainability remains a priority, with a focus on ethical sourcing and responsible production.
