Philippines' Goldilocks to launch 30 new franchise-owned stores

It currently boasts 926 outlets, with 360 operating under franchise ownership.

Goldilocks Bakeshop, Inc., a Filipino brand within the SM group, is set to open 30 new franchise-owned stores this year.

The company currently boasts 926 outlets, with 360 operating under franchise ownership.

“Each of our franchisees is deeply embedded in their communities and this intimate local knowledge is crucial because it allows each bakeshop to feel less like a chain and more like a neighborhood store,” said Goldilocks Chief Operating Officer Jerson Go Uy.

Earlier this year, the SM group reaffirmed its commitment to fostering economic growth in underserved regions, aligning with Goldilocks' mission to serve communities across the Philippines.
