Coffee chain % Arabica opens first Macau store

It serves a range of beverages from coffee to matcha, and also lemonade.

Coffee shop chain % Arabica has made a soft opening for its first store in Macau, located at Travessa Da Paixao near the Ruins of St. Paul, the company announced through its social media channels. This serves as its 85th store globally.

The store is open every day from 9:00am to 9:00pm, serving a range of beverages from simple coffee to matcha and lemonade drinks.

% Arabica is an independent coffee brand from Japan, and is operating stores in 16 countries. It opened its first flagship store in Kyoto, founder and creative director Kenneth Shoji said on the company website.

On 10 April, the company announced that it was looking for a few more baristas for the store.
