In talking with Retail Asia in a recent podcast titled "Empowering digital wallets to counter risk and fraud", LexisNexis Risk Solutions Director for Market Planning, Fraud & Identity, Vo Thanh Tai, shared his insights on the payment channels'  growing digitalisation and the concerns surrounding it. Vo also mentioned consumers' concerns regarding financial innovation, specifically in security, data privacy, identity theft, and fraud.
