The company plans to expand the use of generative AI across all operations so employees can use and build AI tools for their work.

Non-technical staff, including merchandise planners and marketing teams, will be able to automate tasks such as market research and customer data analysis.

In stores, AI will be used to monitor product displays and inventory in real time to improve operational efficiency.

Olive Young also plans to apply AI to its global business, including providing localised product information based on each country’s language and customer behavior.

The company said it will extend AI integration beyond individual tasks to its broader operations, including logistics and platform systems, as part of long-term operational transformation.
