Apple redesigns its first Japan store in Ginza

The store first opened in 2003.

Apple has reopened its original Japan store in Tokyo’s Ginza district with a completely new four-story design.

The Ginza location, first opened in 2003 as Apple’s debut store outside the United States, now features a modern layout and updated technology displays.

Shoppers can find the latest iPhone 17 models, new Apple Watch releases, and updated accessories. A limited-edition Apple Gift Card is available only at the Ginza store.

The reopening also includes a special Today at Apple session with Japanese group Number_i, focused on Spatial Audio and spatial video.

The event will roll out to other Apple stores across Japan starting 11 October.
