Foodpanda adds Sheng Siong for on-demand grocery delivery

Grocery order frequency on its platform has risen 7% since 2023.

Foodpanda has onboarded supermarket chain Sheng Siong onto its platform for on-demand grocery delivery in Singapore.

From 22 June, consumers can order over 12,000 grocery and household products from 43 Sheng Siong outlets islandwide.

The company said more outlets will be added progressively to its delivery network.

The partnership comes as grocery order frequency on its platform increased by 7% since 2023, whilst the average number of items per order has risen by 8%.

Foodpanda is also expanding fulfilment capacity for larger grocery orders, including through a three-wheeler delivery fleet with increased carrying capacity.
