IKEA launches official flagship Store on JD.com
The store features 6,500 products in 168 categories.
IKEA has officially opened its flagship store on JD.com, bringing its full range of home furnishing products to JD’s vast online customer base across China.
The store features 6,500 products in 168 categories, including the exclusive launch of the BÄSTBOLL gaming chair and MÅLOMRÅDE gaming desk. IKEA plans to expand the selection further to meet growing consumer demand.
The partnership combines IKEA’s home design expertise with JD.com’s nationwide logistics and digital infrastructure. Orders from the new flagship store will be fulfilled by JD Logistics, enabling fast delivery even in areas without physical IKEA locations. JD.com currently delivers 95% of orders within 24 hours.
JD’s “Mini Liying” Naked-Eye 3D Solution will also enhance the shopping experience, allowing customers to view 3D models of select IKEA products on their phones without additional devices.
The launch supports IKEA’s broader omnichannel strategy in China, as younger consumers drive demand for more diverse and convenient home shopping options.
JD.com continues to expand its lineup of global home brands, with IKEA joining names like MUJI, Natuzzi Italia, HAY, Georg Jensen, and LE CREUSET.
In the first half of 2025, international brand participation on JD Home grew by over 130% year-on-year. JD.com says it will continue working with global partners to optimize its supply chain and service offerings in China.
