Jollibee Group sets up the largest solar panel installation

The installation in the Canlubang Baking Facility will consist of 6,300 solar panels.

The Jollibee Group has accelerated its transition to renewable energy with the installation of 6,300 solar panels in its Canlubang Baking Facility (CBF), making it their most extensive solar panel installation to date.

The conglomerate, through its subsidiary Zenith Foods Corporation, has partnered with First Gen Corporation to supply solar-generated power to Jollibee Group’s manufacturing facility.

CBF is the second out of the four target sites for solar panel installation, with the first being Zen3 in Canlubang containing over 3,000 solar panels last November 2023. Two other sites will have panels installed by Q3 2024.
