Bathroom brand Duravit launches on JD's platform

The company is bringing intelligent toilets and bathroom furniture to the website.

Germany-based designer bathroom brand Duravit has launched a flagship store on JD, where it chose to debut its SensoWash Starck f Shower-Toilet to the Chinese market, a press release has confirmed.

Amidst a booming home improvement demand in China, sales of Duravit in the country jumped by 20% YoY in 2020. The company noted that China has become its biggest single market, where the brand has also seen robust sales growth.

In addition to the SensoWash Starck f Shower Toilet designed by French industrial architect and designer Philippe Starck, Duravit will also bring its integrated intelligent toilets, wall-mounted toilets, and bathroom furniture, to the website. Duravit has also integrated its WeChat mini-program with its flagship store.
