Dior opens 'Gold House' concept store in Bangkok

The store’s design recreates the iconic golden façade of Dior’s Parisian townhouse.

Dior has officially opened its new concept store, Dior Gold House, located in the Ploenchit district of Bangkok.

The store’s design recreates the iconic golden façade of Dior’s Parisian townhouse at 30, avenue Montaigne, crafted by Thai artisans. Inside, it showcases Dior’s ready-to-wear by Maria Grazia Chiuri, menswear by Kim Jones, and various Dior symbols, including the lucky star and toile de Jouy, all set in a modern, sophisticated environment. The store also features a lush garden with bamboo, exotic woods, and raffia.

The space highlights Thai artists such as Boonserm Premthada’s elephant footprint installations and Saran Yen Panya’s reinterpretation of Bangkok’s tuk-tuk. Sculptures by Wishulada Panthanuvong promote sustainability.

Café Dior by Mauro Colagreco also offers a refined menu inspired by nature, with a scenography by Korakot Aromdee, featuring bamboo-based floral designs.
