The e-commerce leader is the first company to connect the entire customer journey.
FedEx Corp. has unveiled fdx, the company’s first-of-its-kind data-driven commerce platform that connects the entire customer journey with end-to-end services for businesses of all sizes.
In a statement, FedEx said fdx serves to assist merchants and sellers with logistics strategies, from point of demand to delivery and returns.
The platform also enables companies to adapt to increase consumer demand through the ShopRunner network, improve delivery conversion, optimise fulfillment services through FedEx Surround, assess emissions impact through FedEx Sustainability Insights, and rationalise front-end returns.
