Two Gordon Ramsay restaurants now open in Cebu

The restaurants opened its doors on 26 July.

The highly anticipated Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips–the first in Asia–opened alongside Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay, marking the Philippines as the second country in Asia to welcome the bold and vibrant burger concept. Officially opening its doors on July 26, 2025, at Megaworld’s The Mactan Newtown in Cebu, the entry of the globally renowned names follows the launch of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Newport World Resorts introduced to the country by Alliance Global Group through Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc.

Following the phenomenal success of the first restaurant, and fresh off the iconic chef’s landmark visit to Manila earlier this year, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips makes its Asia debut in a bold splash of cobalt blue and cherry red. Bringing its signature fast-casual charm and counter-style service, the restaurant invites guests to dig into British classics like the iconic fish and chips, the indulgent Slipper Lobster & Shrimp Combo, all served with Koffmann’s Fries, and the ever-popular Fishwich accompanied by bold sauces like Curry Mango, Hellfire, Honey Jalapeño Aioli and more. Indulgent bottomless soft-serve and handcrafted milkshakes, including the ever-popular Sticky Toffee Pudding flavor, offer a sweet way to beat the heat. 

Next door, Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay is putting a bold spin on the classic American diner, serving up a flavor-charged menu that delivers big on personality. Tuck into signature favorites like the fiery Hell’s Kitchen Burger, the golden-crisp G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Burger, the classic O.G.R. Burger, among other favorites. The restaurant’s local hero is the Lechon Burger that layers charcoal-spit-roasted pulled pork and crispy skin with a smashed beef patty, fresh lettuce, house pickles, and jalapeño slices. The menu also features fully loaded Dirty Fries, and the ‘Hotter Than Hell’ Spicy Wings, served with the diner's choice of heat levels from Umami to Sweet Chilli Kimchi, plus dips like Sriracha Mayo, Guacamole, and Tomato Relish. As the second Street Burger outpost in Asia, the new restaurant is set to turn up the heat in all the right ways.
