Sai Tunuguntla

Sai advises clients in the areas of operations, growth, and digital transformations with a view toward quantum improvements in enterprise value. He has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience in the telecom, technology, utility, retail, and heavy-civil-infrastructure industries. Sai has served more than 30 clients in 20 markets, including Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and the United States. He also led business-to-business (B2B) product development and technology planning at AT&T. Clients benefit from Sai’s functional expertise in strategy development, business and transformation planning, radical performance improvement that uses zero-based and agile approaches, analytics, and digital. In the telecom and tech sectors, Sai also has extensive experience in infrastructure joint venture partnerships and strategic sourcing, as well as value assurance for technology investments and services. Sai has an MBA in general management from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and a Master of Science in operations research from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Scrum Professional and a Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Septian is a Partner based in Indonesia. He built his expertise in the consulting industry with a focus on FMCG and consumer-related sectors as well as manufacturing. He has managed and worked in various projects including go-to-market strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, marketing strategy and channel management projects. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, he was a product manager for several MNCs in Singapore and The Netherlands. Septian graduated with an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (The Netherlands) and received his Bachelor’s from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

Shahrul Kamal Kamaruddin

Shahrul is presently an Executive Director in the Technology-enabled Transformation (TeT) practice, KPMG in Malaysia. His work centers on the digital transformation space, i.e.Advising clients on digital disruption and technology innovation. His work encompasses Customer Experience (CX), Tech Operations Management and Enterprise Data Governance, which form part of the transformation equation. Shahrul is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMO), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) and a TOGAF practitioner. In the 13 years with KPMG, Shahrul has experience assisting clients across multiple industries and sectors –in leveraging emerging technologies to drive enterprise transformation. This includes helping clients bridge the gap between business and technology to drive unified outcomes across the connected enterprise.

Shin Thant Aung

Shin is a Director in YCP Solidiance, with nearly 10 years of strategy consulting experience in the healthcare sector. He has worked with leading pharmaceutical firms, medical devices companies, and hospitals in APAC markets to support market entry, distributor search, M&A advisory, channel engagement and supporting government policies, and medical tourism. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oxford Brookes University.

With about 20 years of experience in retail technology, she helps organizations across the world to develop and realize future commerce strategies. She is driven by her passion for retail and working towards realizing the platform vision through use of AI technology, accelerated adoption of new business models and continuous innovation. Srjana is based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands and spends her free time exploring Dutch landscape.
