Sai Tunuguntla
Sai advises clients in the areas of operations, growth, and digital transformations with a view toward quantum improvements in enterprise value. He has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience in the telecom, technology, utility, retail, and heavy-civil-infrastructure industries. Sai has served more than 30 clients in 20 markets, including Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and the United States. He also led business-to-business (B2B) product development and technology planning at AT&T. Clients benefit from Sai’s functional expertise in strategy development, business and transformation planning, radical performance improvement that uses zero-based and agile approaches, analytics, and digital. In the telecom and tech sectors, Sai also has extensive experience in infrastructure joint venture partnerships and strategic sourcing, as well as value assurance for technology investments and services. Sai has an MBA in general management from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and a Master of Science in operations research from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Scrum Professional and a Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Septian Waluyan
Septian is a Partner based in Indonesia. He built his expertise in the consulting industry with a focus on FMCG and consumer-related sectors as well as manufacturing. He has managed and worked in various projects including go-to-market strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, marketing strategy and channel management projects. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, he was a product manager for several MNCs in Singapore and The Netherlands. Septian graduated with an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (The Netherlands) and received his Bachelor’s from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
Shahid Nizami
Shahid Nizami is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in tech sales leadership and general management. Currently serving at Braze as the APAC VP for Braze, he is responsible for Braze’s business across the APAC and GCC region.
With a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, Shahid has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction at Braze, such as the launch of Australia and Indonesia data centres in 2025.
