URC net income

This is due to higher financing costs and non-cash impairments in its farm business. 

Net income from continuing operations stood at P14.5b (US$263m). 

This is even as its core net income grew 9%. 

This is lower compared to the same period last year.

This is on the back of the sale of its Oceania business.
