UNIQLO Singapore to open 3rd store in west region
The store located in The Clementi Mall will open on 24 June.
UNIQLO Singapore will be opening a new store in The Clementi Mall on 24 June, its third store in the west region of the Lion City.
It will launch new features aimed at providing a seamless online to offline (O2O) shopping experience.
In a statement, UNIQLO said that it will be launching the very first in-store return in Singapore exclusively at the Clementi Mall store for those who want to return their online purchase of the wrong fitting. The customers can drop off their items in the Online Returns Box located near the store entrance.
The Same Day Click & Collect Service of the new stores will allow customers to pick up their orders on the same day when they place their orders online by 12 p.m., it said, adding that the new store is the only outlet that will offer the earliest pick up time from 6 p.m. onwards.
Alteration services online will also be offered to customers for selected bottoms such as full-length pants and jeans with options of either a normal or blind stitch. A complimentary recycled paper measuring tape is also available to measure their bottoms in-store before ordering online.
It will also have an Extra Size Corner which includes XS, XXL, and 3XL sizes where the majority of the displayed clothing will be customised for Gen Zs and tertiary students within the vicinity.
“By blending UNIQLO’s online and offline capabilities, we can maximise flexibility for our shoppers and provide seamless experiences that cater to their evolving lifestyle needs, said Joyce Tan, marketing director of UNIQLO Singapore.
