Ninja Van Singapore to pilot EVs
The EVs can handle up to 1,200 kilograms and run up to 235 kilometres when fully charged.
Ninja Van Singapore will be adding 10 electric vehicles to its fleet as part of a trial pilot in line with its sustainability efforts, the first such programme in the company’s network in Southeast Asia.
In a statement, Ninja Van said it will be evaluating some factors before it commits to a larger-scale rollout of EVs in Singapore, including the challenges drivers might encounter, ground data such as the accessibility of charging points, and driving range.
A fully-charged EV can travel up to 235 kilometres and carry up to 1,200 kilograms.

The logistics firm will also reliance a redesigned eco-friendly version of Ninja Packs, its pre-paid poly mailer product. Kooh Wee Hou, head of Commercial of Ninja Van Singapore said this will help business owners contribute to the environment as the packs are biodegradable and do not release toxic during incineration.
