Central Retail profit soars over 150% in Q3

Its profit stood at THB1.25b.

Central Retail reported its profit grew by 157% year-on-year to THB1.25b in the third quarter of the year. 

Over the same period, its total revenue jumped by 40% YoY to THB 57.99b. 

Between January to September, the company saw its total profit increase by 292% YoY to THB 4.188b, whilst its revenue climbed by 25% YoY to THB171.09b. 

“[This] is considered another testament of Central Retail’s leadership position as the retailer of the future that never stops to develop and create new business models to comprehensively serve the evolving needs of consumers,” Yol Phokasub, Chief Executive Officer of Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited or CRC, said.

The company also remains optimistic about its performance in the last quarter, which it considers a the high season in Thailand, Vietnam, and Italy.
