Central Retail invests THB300m in new home improvement store
The new store offers more than 40,000 items.
Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (CRC) has launched a new home improvement store, Thaiwatsadu x BnB home Bangsaen, which was worth THB300b.
The new store, located in Chonburi province, caters to the expansion of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) and the industrial sector in the province.
“The goal of CRC Thaiwatsadu is to continue with its business expansion plan in the home improvement and home decoration sectors in the Eastern region of Thailand,” Suthisarn Chirathivat, CEO of CRC Thaiwatsadu Co., Ltd. under Central Retail, said.
“It has recently introduced a new store in Bangsaen to cater to the expansion of the EEC which aims to improve the economy and infrastructure of three provinces: Chonburi, Chachoengsao, and Rayong. It is also in line with the real estate boom in Chonburi and nearby areas.”

The new store has an area spanning 20,000 square metres, located in an area surrounded by more than 120,000 households in the 10-kilometre radius.
It carries more than 40,000 items across a wide range of categories, such as construction products, electrical appliances, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen products.
“The hybrid format business model was developed from consumer needs for a single store that offers all home improvement and home decoration products,” he also said.
“This format will strengthen CRC Thaiwatsadu and help us become the number one player in the hardline business in Thailand.”
