Amazon, EnterpriseSG and SBF roll out cross-border brand launchpad

The programme over 100 local MSMEs to grow in the US.

Amazon Global Selling partnered with Enterprise Singapore and Singapore Business Federation (SBF) collaborated to launch the Singapore Cross-border Brand Launchpad programme to help local entrepreneurs develop their cross-border e-commerce skills.

In a statement, Amazon Global Selling said the programme could support over 100 local Singapore micro, small and medium enterprises in the next two years and scale in the US.

In collaboration with SBF, at least 300 companies will be provided with a learning series to hone their cross-border e-commerce knowledge.

"To strengthen their competitive edge, businesses must equip themselves with the capabilities to explore new markets and adopt differentiated go-to market strategies. The size and vibrancy of the e-commerce market in the U.S. presents significant opportunities for Singapore businesses," said Soh Leng Wan, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, EnterpriseSG.
