India’s Royaloak Furniture enters UAE market with three new stores

The new outlets are located in Silicon Central Mall, RAK Mall , and Lulu Mall.

Indian furniture retail giant Royaloak has entered the UAE market, opening three large-format stores as part of its international expansion.

The new outlets are located in Silicon Central Mall (Dubai), RAK Mall (Ras Al Khaimah), and Lulu Mall (Fujairah), each covering nearly 20,000 square feet.

With over 15 years in operation and more than 5 million customers in India, Royaloak aims to tap into the UAE’s growing demand for quality home furnishings.

The UAE furniture market, valued at $5.1b in 2024, is projected to reach $5.4b by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 4.18%.

To support its retail presence, the company has launched a UAE-specific e-commerce platform and partnered with Amazon UAE and Noon.

Each store employs Arabic-speaking staff and is supported by a dedicated local warehouse. Royaloak also plans to expand further across the UAE in the coming year.
