- Nomination is open to all retail companies with offices and operations in Asia.
- Each company may submit a maximum of three (3) entries.
- The nomination form now supports multiple submissions. Simply continue filling out the form if you have additional entries to submit.
- Submission of entries is free of charge. If your company wins, the winners package secures your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gives you access to a wide range of valuable benefits at an exclusive cost.

Description
Nomination is open to all retail companies with offices and operations in Asia.
- Brand Categories: The brand must have demonstrated significant success, impact, or innovation within the last 24 months. This includes evidence of market influence, strong customer engagement, and clear differentiation from competitors. Entries should highlight how the brand has enhanced its identity, created memorable experiences, and contributed meaningfully to the retail landscape during this period.
- Store and Retailer categories: The company must show notable success or accomplishments over the last 24 calendar months. This could include measurable growth in sales, expansion into new markets, adoption of innovative retail strategies, or improvements in customer experience. Demonstrating tangible results and leadership in the retail sector will strengthen the nomination.
- Mall categories: The company must demonstrate excellence in at least one of the following areas within the last 24 calendar months: design, operations, customer experience, or innovation. This may include mall layout and design innovation, operational efficiency, exceptional events or tenant management, or initiatives that create unique and memorable visitor experiences.
- Project categories: The product, service, or initiative must have been launched within the last 24 calendar months, either fully or partially. Projects launched prior to this period may still qualify if significant enhancements, upgrades, or expansions have been made recently. Nominations should highlight the impact of the project, including measurable outcomes, customer reception, or industry recognition.
- Team categories: The nominated team must have made a measurable impact within the last 24 calendar months. This includes demonstrating successful collaboration across departments, achieving strategic goals, implementing innovative solutions, or improving operational efficiency. Teams should provide evidence of how their combined efforts contributed to business growth, customer satisfaction, or industry recognition.
- CEO of the Year category: The executive must have held their position for a minimum of 24 calendar months. The nomination should highlight the CEO’s leadership, strategic vision, and measurable achievements during their tenure, including business growth, innovation, employee engagement, or significant contributions to the company’s success and reputation.
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.

- Engagement - What initiatives have been implemented to enhance customer engagement and loyalty?
- Impact - What innovations has the brand introduced, and what impact has it made on its market or community?
Store and Retailer categories:
- Achievements - Did the company achieve remarkable milestones, growth in revenue, or market expansion?
- Challenges & Solutions - Did the company successfully identify and resolve significant operational or market challenges?
- Innovation - Did the company introduce new concepts, technology, or processes that differentiate them in the market?
Mall categories:
- Achievements - Did the mall achieve significant developments such as new tenant acquisition or increased footfall?
- Innovation - Did the mall introduce unique architectural design, innovative features, or customer-friendly amenities to elevate the shopping experience?
- Impact - Did the mall contribute to the local economy, community, or broader retail landscape?
Project categories:
- Uniqueness & Innovation - Did the project introduce new or cutting-edge solutions?
- Success & Impact - Did the project successfully meet its objectives and achieve measurable outcomes?
- Scalability - Does the project have potential for expansion or adaptation to other markets?
Team categories:
- Achievements - Did the team have remarkable achievements, such as meeting or exceeding key performance indicators?
- Innovation & Collaboration - Did the team develop creative and unique process improvements as a result of teamwork, communication, and leadership?
- Success & Impact - Did the team successfully meet its objectives and achieve measurable contributions to the company or the retail industry?
CEO of the Year:
- Achievements - Did the company achieve remarkable accomplishments under the CEO’s leadership?
- Challenges & Solutions - Did the CEO effectively handle significant challenges and implement impactful solutions?
- Innovation - Did the CEO introduce transformative ideas, technologies, or processes to the company?

- Go to the online nomination form and read the nomination guidelines.
- Fill out the form with the following:
- Company details
- Entrant (person-in-charge) details
- Chosen category
- 500-word write-up about the company, project, or executive
- Three key achievements of the company, project, or executive
- Client feedback or Testimonials
- Chosen winner’s package option
- Wait for the nomination confirmation email and acknowledge it once received.
- Submit photos and supporting documents.
