CarPal Fleet presents machine learning-powered software solution for logistics players

On-demand delivery service provider CarPal has rolled out an advanced version of its product to help accelerate businesses with the right tools and empower them to deliver the best delivery experience to their customers.

After having launched the initial version of the product a year ago, the company has worked with several large logistics companies across the region to help them streamline their operations processes and identify their bottlenecks.

With the new CarPal Fleet platform, the company wants to offer a better experience through a control tower which allows teams to manage all delivery operations in one place.

CarPal Fleet puts emphasis one redefining the route optimisation experience by mapping routes, using driver tagging to fulfil orders and smart routing to automate delivery routes in the most efficient and easy way.

Through smart technology that includes the latest algorithms such as geofencing, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, businesses can automatically and accurately match orders to drivers thus minimising the workload, streamlining processes, and ensuring resources are always utilised to their full capability.

The company added it wants to empower companies to have a more efficient delivery experience in the last mile and compete with giants such as Amazon, whilst creating a sustainable delivery ecosystem for themselves.

Maarten Hemmes, CEO at CarPal, said: “Our idea is to enable companies to enter or flourish in the same day delivery landscape. And if this means minimising their workload or offering an algorithm that saves them form doing manual work, then we’ve got the right solution.”
