Prior to her current role, Damisa was the Regional Head of Retailer Partnerships at Lazada Group and Business Development Manager for UK, Ireland and Nordic markets at Alibaba. Damisa is both a dynamic and quick thinking professional with a track record for helping brands navigate their way through the ecommerce landscape across Asia-Pacific.

Dan Kalinski is the Managing Director of NP Digital APAC, where he is responsible for leading regional growth.
As a global marketing executive with an impressive career spanning over 22 years, Dan has operated at the forefront where technology, data, media, and talent intersect. Dan’s passion lies in building and scaling high-performing teams, driving product development, handling mergers and acquisitions, and crafting client strategy and innovation.
His professional journey has taken him across five continents, the latest being Australia, which he has called home for 11 years.
Outside of work, Dan is an avid learner of history and loves playing tennis.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Danny is primarily responsible for spearheading Work+Store – a one-stop integrated storage solution for businesses and individuals. His role includes but is not limited to the business development, sales & marketing, and operations functions, where he plans, directs, and actively promotes the growth and expansion of the business.
Daren Ng
Daren Ng serves as the general manager of Sensormatic Solutions in Asia Pacific. He has over 30 years of experience in sales management, product management and business development across the APAC region through the various roles he held. Before joining Sensormatic Solutions in October 2018, he served as director of Mobility & Retail Solution with HP Inc. He has also held senior position at SAP, Motorola, Nokia, Palm and Compaq.
