2023 Digital Shopper Trends

Quan Yao Peh, a Senior Analyst at Euromonitor, thinks that the future of digital shopping is looking good because of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). Euromonitor has listed the top five digital shopper trends for 2023 as online savers, crowdsource creation, E customization, game changers, and sensory shopping. Peh says that people have different reasons for choosing brands, but things like the brand identity, quality and value of the product, and the digital experience are important. E-customisation is popular for big-ticket items and products like furniture and clothing.

Peh also talked about how loyal customers can help businesses make more money. Businesses with loyal customers can charge more and still make sales and loyal customers tell others about the brand which helps bring in new customers. Peh thinks AR and VR are useful for businesses because they can show products better and help people connect with the brand. In the future, more businesses will probably start using AR and VR in their online shops.

Digital shopping is going to get better with AR and VR, the five trends Euromonitor found, and by keeping customers loyal. Businesses can use these things to make more money and keep their customers happy. By learning what people like and using the latest technology, businesses can keep up with the times and make their customers happy.
