The purchase of ACN Korea will drive Neora’s growth in the APAC region.

Global skincare company Neora, LLC acquired major cosmetics producer ACN Korea, marking its continuous expansion over the APAC region.

The acquisition intends for both entities to work under the Neora brand name, utilising the latter’s experience in innovation, growth, and success through science-driven skincare and wellness products.

With the position of ACN Korea and its APAC plans, Neora is in a strategic position to bolster its social selling system and established customer base.
