Philippine's 2GO holds business workshops for SMEs

The group created the 2GO Getters community to connect with small business owners.

Philippine-based logistics group 2GO has partnered with the government to hold seminars for small business owners to participate and gain insights into the tips and tricks of establishing an online presence, effective online merchandising, and understanding the crucial role of the shipping and delivery experience through the 2GO Getters community project.

As an inclusive community, it offers growth-centric workshops, seminars, online promotional campaigns, exclusive promotions, and networking opportunities. Constant engagement with subject matter experts, like TikTok Shop, is prioritized during workshops to ensure businesses flourish in a fiercely competitive market.

The aim is to allow business owners to consider both seller and customer perspectives, enhancing the overall online transaction process and fostering support for consumers in critical areas like e-commerce and digital marketing.

“By supporting homegrown enterprises, we’re investing in innovation, creating opportunities, and laying a platform towards an inclusive and sustainable economic growth that benefits local communities and, hopefully, the nation as a whole,” Frederic DyBuncio, 2GO President and CEO, said.

Through the programme, business owners in Central Luzon can transact at nearly 200 2GO outlets around the region, including SM malls.

2GO also known as 2GO Group Inc. is a Philippines-based company engaged in transportation and logistics.
