She also served as the Director for Startup Ecosystem & Community, where she drove startup ecosystem building efforts in SG to bring together different stakeholders to provide a vibrant and conducive growth environment, including organising Asia’s largest startup event – The Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology.
Cindy is currently heading up the Retail Division within Enterprise Singapore, with a focus on growing capabilities for retail enterprises in SG and enabling their growth both locally and abroad.

With over 25 years of experience at the forefront of the digital media and advertising industry, Rajiv Singh is a strategic leader with a strong track record of building and growing advertising businesses across diverse markets. He currently heads the retail media arm of FairPrice Group, FPG ADvantage, where he leads both the strategy and day-to-day operations of the business.
Prior to this, Rajiv Singh was Country Head for Grab Ads. His career also includes leadership roles at Sony TV, Disney and Flipkart, where he built deep expertise in digital transformation, media, technology and commercial growth.
Rajiv combines strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of technology, supported by a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Post Graduate Certificate in Senior Management (PGCSM) in Marketing from IIM-Kozhikode.

As Adyen’s General Manager of Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, Ben oversees the company’s commercial operations in the region where he focuses on growth strategies and strengthening partnerships in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Ben built his career using over a decade of experience in technical roles to transition to business development with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses have in adopting and optimizing new technologies.
A Singaporean native, Ben joined Adyen in 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in Adyen’s expansion across retail, ecommerce, and hospitality industries. Prior to Adyen, Ben held technical roles in Worldpay, OCBC, and Land Transport Authority. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore.
