Retail activity, tenant strength drive Philippines’ Robinsons Malls H1 growth
Robinsons Land’s overall revenue grew 10% in H1.
Philippines' Robinsons Malls recorded $162.86m (₱10b) in revenue in the first half, up 6% year on year, supported by resilient retail activity, solid tenant performance and disciplined asset management.
The mall business contributed to Robinsons Land Corp.’s overall performance, with the property company reporting a 10% increase in first-half revenue to $413.67m (₱25.4b) and a 12% rise in net income to $146.58m (₱9b).
Robinsons Land said recurring income from its investment portfolio provided a stable foundation, while its residential and estate businesses also posted growth.
The company invested $122.15m (₱7.5b) in capital expenditures during the period as it continued to advance key projects. Net gearing stood at 10.9%, supported by healthy liquidity.
