lululemon overhauls China and APAC leadership structure

San Yan Ng takes a broader regional role as Jeffrey Hang joins to lead APAC.

lululemon has made two leadership changes as it reorganises its operations across China and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

San Yan Ng, who has led lululemon’s China business as general manager since 2018, has been promoted to regional president of China and APAC.

In addition, Jeffrey Hang has joined the company as senior vice president and general manager of APAC.

Ng will oversee strategy across China and APAC, bringing the two businesses under a single regional leadership structure.

The company said the move is intended to improve coordination and allow it to share market insights and capabilities across the regions whilst maintaining market-specific approaches.

She previously held leadership roles covering China and the wider APAC region.

Meanwhile, Hang joins from Bulgari, where he was managing director for Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand.

He previously served as senior vice president and CEO of Louis Vuitton China.

His career has included roles in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Japan.

At lululemon, he will oversee the company’s APAC teams, with responsibility for growth and regional operations.

He will report to Ng.
