lululemon opens Wuhan distribution centre in Mainland China
The facility will support retail and e-commerce distribution.
lululemon has opened a new distribution centre in Wuhan, expanding its fulfilment network in Mainland China.
Developed in partnership with S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD, the Wuhan facility adds to the retailer’s existing distribution network in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
It will support product distribution for both retail and e-commerce operations across Mainland China.
The centre leverages Wuhan’s transportation network to facilitate product movement nationwide, with the company citing faster and more reliable fulfilment as a key function of the facility.
The site also marks a global first for lululemon by combining fulfilment with guest services, including hemming and personalisation, under its first Integrated Service Centre.
The company said the facility will support both online and in-store guests across China.
