In this role, he played a pivotal part in driving commercial innovation, and leading transformation of store branding and design.
With over 15 years of retail experience across Food, Liquor, and Health & Beauty sectors, Lance has a wealth of Global retail experience to his leadership. His career spans three continents, beginning in the UK with Tesco PLC, followed by Coles Group in Australia, before joining DFI Retail Group.
Lance holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and theology from the University of Birmingham and has completed an executive leadership programme at INSEAD.
