Misto Group opens MUCENT’s first Taiwan store

Company plans to open stores in Taichung and Kaohsiung by year-end.

Misto Group has opened Korean streetwear brand MUCENT’s first store in Taiwan as it expands the brand’s retail presence across Greater China.

The company plans to open MUCENT stores in Taichung and Kaohsiung by the end of the year. It will also sell the brand through its official online store and local e-commerce platforms, including Shopee.

MUCENT offers casual fashion combining streetwear styles with everyday wear. Its collections use a monochromatic palette, with black as its signature colour, alongside colours inspired by everyday life.

The brand has a strong following among female consumers and is gaining attention among younger shoppers. It is also expanding through major fashion platforms in South Korea and overseas.

Misto Group said the Taipei store will help build MUCENT’s local consumer base and brand awareness.

The expansion follows Misto Group’s recent launch of Korean fashion brand JUUN.J in Taiwan. The company is using its local market knowledge and distribution and retail expertise to expand Korean fashion brands overseas.
