Quiron has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Vicosa in Brazil and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.

Anil Chilla is responsible for the digital transformation and e-commerce acceleration at L’Oréal India. Anil has been L’Oréal India since July, 2019.
Anil’s key responsibilities include building a digital-first culture and driving L’Oréal’s strategy of establishing e-commerce as a growth engine, thereby enabling the organisation’s global evolution as a Beauty-Tech company.
Prior to joining L’Oréal, Anil worked with Levi’s where he led the regional e-commerce business and omni-channel capabilities based in the regional HQ at Singapore. He was responsible for creating and expanding the brand’s ecommerce business across China, India, Japan and Southeast Asia and building the omni-channel roadmap. He has driven a 3X growth for Levi’s ecommerce business over four years. Previously, Anil was associated with Dell Technologies in multiple roles across Singapore and India. He led the B2C e-commerce business for Asia and B2B e-commerce business for SEA.
Anil started his career in frontline sales for technology start-ups. He has significant expertise in building businesses across multiple categories and markets with direct experience managing China, India and SEA.
Anil holds an MBA degree from XLRI Jamshedpur in Marketing and Finance.

Being the Group Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of PUC Berhad (“PUC”), Mr. Cheong oversees the operations and overall business direction of PUC across its core business areas and subsidiaries, as the Group envisions to be the leading digital services company in Malaysia. Mr. Cheong is also the Chief Executive Officer of Presto Mall Sdn Bhd.
An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Cheong started his first venture with GeoFoto Pte Ltd in 1999. As the Co-Founder and Chief Architect, he developed system architecture and marketed imaging technology in collaboration with his alma mater, National University of Singapore. As an extension of his line of work, he subsequently designed a state-of-the-art online photo printing system which was sold to Fujifilm in 2001.
Following his passion, Mr. Cheong became the Founder and Managing Director of Pictureworks Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiary companies (collectively known as “PW Group”), whereby his strategic direction propelled the company to become a regional leader in digital imaging and launched the world’s first photo printing kiosk for smart phones.
Headquartered in Singapore, PW Group today has its presence in 13 countries with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Shanghai and Hong Kong, serving 100 million customers annually.
The foundation in technology, the development of innovative systems, and his proven business acumen, was most recently reiterated as Mr. Cheong won the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2018™ Singapore Award in the category of Media and Lifestyle for Pictureworks, and also the World Chinese Excellent Entrepreneur Lifetime
Achievement Award in the World Chinese Economic Summit in year 2020.
Prior to this, he was with Systems@Work Pte Ltd (which was acquired by Wirecard), the first company to provide a two-way authentication for online transactions using mobile voice calls. As the Business Solutions Director, he led a team in planning and development of large scale payment systems and innovative payment products including mobile applications to meet the growing demands of Malaysia’s online ePayments ecosystem.

With over 13 years in the financial services space, Nagesh’s experience includes extensive business development in Canada, U.S., Middle East/Africa. At Payoneer he is responsible for all aspects of Payoneer’s Enterprise business and expansion across Southeast Asia, China, India, Japan and Australia.
Prior to joining Payoneer in 2020, Nagesh Devata oversaw PayPal’s Southeast Asia business and International Cross Border Channel portfolio. With Mastercard, Nagesh lead the Asia Pacific Acceptance, Acquiring and Strategic Merchant business. In both past roles he was actively involved in the transformation of digital payments and commerce.
Nagesh is driven by a passion for SMBs and is a champion for financial inclusion in order to build partnerships with global merchants, fintechs, banks and digital wallets.

Tim Charlton is an Australian who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales (1991), and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Managament (2006). Shortly after graduating from University, he worked on the South China Morning Post newspaper in Hong Kong, first in Advertising Sales and then in Editorial for a total of 3 years. He then worked at Star Television for 2 years. In 1997, he returned to Australia to work for his father, also a magazine publisher, and then decided to return to Asia to set up his own publishing business. He lives in Singapore but travels to Hong Kong and Manila in support of the business. In 2008, Mr. Charlton was awarded with a “Spirit of Enterprise Award 2008 Honoree” Award.
